Editorial correspondence
If you contact us, we receive the email address and information in your message. We use it to handle editorial questions, corrections, and website or privacy requests. You can describe an unclear explanation without identifying a student or sharing their personal record.
A parent or guardian may contact us about a child’s information sent in error. Please identify the message without attaching additional sensitive records.
Technical information and providers
Website delivery and security systems can receive an IP address, browser information, the requested page, and the time of a visit. Such information can be used to deliver the site, diagnose problems, and investigate misuse. Hosting and email providers may process information needed to supply their services. Disclosure may also be necessary for legal obligations or security matters.
